From the first day we opened our doors in 1966 The Platte River Concrete Co. has always only done things one way, and that’s the right way. New name, same great service

While The Platte River Concrete Co. might be new to some, everyone knows Consolidated Concrete. Consolidated Concrete has been owned and operated by the same Nebraska family since our founding in Hastings, Nebraska over 50 years and three generations ago. 

As the next generation took the reins, we decided to change the name of our Omaha operation to The Platte River Concrete Co. 

The new name is a nod to one of Nebraska’s most vital and recognizable resources. Just as Platte River has helped our state grow and prosper, we strive to build and support our community. All of our Nebraska family owned businesses are proud to serve the greater Omaha area metro area and beyond.
